At Clifton Club, we helped create the opening cocktail menu that fit the desired aesthetic of an elevated hotel bar. We worked closely with the team to ensure that the cocktails were creative, exciting, but also easy to expedite. Lastly, we made sure that the cocktails were approachable and unpretentious to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
