Claremont
At Claremont, we provided the team with the "White Glove Package" which left them with a customized specialty cocktail menu that fit the overall theme of the restaurant, an agave focused concept. The team was given an in-depth training and education program that made each member educated and confident on how to expertly craft and execute the menu items all while providing a high level of hospitality. This helped Claremont quickly live up to its name as a Neighborhood Grill.
